Lead Clinician
Required Skills & Experience Must Haves:
Master's degree (or Doctorate) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field Active Florida licensure: LMHC-LS, LMFT-LS, or LMSW-LS Minimum 2+ years of postgraduate direct clinical experience Supervisory experience leading clinicians, counselors, or related staff Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Passion for serving vulnerable youth and mission-driven populations

Job Description Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Clinician to support a residential program serving unaccompanied minors ages 12-18 who are in the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). This individual will oversee clinical operations, supervise clinicians, provide direct counseling services, support youth through trauma-informed care, and help facilitate the program's mission of family reunification. The ideal candidate will be a passionate bilingual behavioral health professional with leadership experience and a desire to work with underserved youth populations.
