Financial Services Representative

World Finance, a recognized Top Workplace over five years and award‑winning company, seeks a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers toward upward credit mobility and assist with financial choices.
  • Provide top‑tier customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and product solutions.
  • Process and prepare loan applications and related documentation.
  • Take and process payments, balance assigned cash drawer daily, prepare bank deposits, and transport money to/from the bank.
  • Execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
  • Close approved and unmade applications daily and send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
  • Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
  • Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for bank deposits and other responsibilities.
  • Self‑confidence and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated compassion, kindness and a willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions.
  • Team player who pitches in when needed and accepts help.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.

  • Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
  • Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
  • Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
  • Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
  • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
