Within the patient access and operations department, the Patient Operations Access Manager will oversee efficient registration, scheduling, admissions, insurance verification, authorization, financial clearance, and related front-end revenue cycle functions. This leader will help optimize workflows, strengthen data accuracy, improve the patient experience, monitor performance indicators, maintain regulatory compliance, and support consistent service standards across multiple points of access.

Reporting to an accomplished senior operations leader, the Patient Operations Access Manager will receive executive support while guiding daily department performance, staffing, training, process improvement, quality monitoring, and employee engagement. The Patient Operations Access Manager will collaborate with friendly nurses, physicians, finance specialists, clinical leaders, case management professionals, and a diverse healthcare team to remove barriers, resolve concerns, and create welcoming, efficient experiences for patients and families.
