VA Disability Evaluation NP​/PA

Direct Shifts seeks clinician(s) to review Veterans' medical records and conduct comprehensive General Medicine examinations for VA C&P evaluations. You will document findings, complete DBQs, and prepare detailed medical reports in alignment with VA guidelines.

Applicants must hold an active NP or PA license with a collaborative agreement where required by state law, and demonstrate strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills; work independently within clinical protocols.
