The County of Luna is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Parents as Teachers (PAT) services in Luna and Hidalgo Counties. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring fidelity to the PAT model, and compliance with regulations.
The Program Manager will support a high-quality, trauma-informed program, monitor budgets, and conduct regular staff performance evaluations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of border health issues and bilingual skills are preferred.
