Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Perform advanced PLC programming, troubleshooting, and control logic analysis
• Diagnose and repair electrical components including motors, transformers, relays, and circuit boards
• Install wiring, conduit, and electrical systems for new and existing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Replace and repair motors, bearings, wiring, and electrical components
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with LOTO and all safety protocols
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime
• Perform additional mechanical and electrical duties as needed

Qualifications – Needed

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Electrical License, Journeyman License preferred OR equivalent schooling/experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with PLCs (programming/troubleshooting) preferred
• Strong background in industrial electrical maintenance and controls systems
• Experience with motors, relays, sensors, and electrical components
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
