Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring CDL-A drivers in the Deming area for a dedicated regional dry van account operating out of Odessa, Texas. This position offers steady miles, reliable weekly home time, and consistent regional freight throughout the Southwest.
Drivers on this account typically run multi‑stop regional routes covering eastern Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, southern Nevada, southern Utah, and southern Colorado. Deliveries require full trailer unload using gravity rollers, allowing drivers to stay active throughout the workday without the need for pallets or lumper services.
Pay & Earnings- $0.56 $ 0.63 CPM pay range
- Average weekly pay: $1,690 based on driver miles and consistent freight
- Top weekly pay: $2,115
- Average annual earnings: $87,373
- Top annual earnings: $109,345
- Stop / load pay: $285
- Dedicated regional dry van freight out of Odessa, TX
- Regional coverage across TX, NM, AZ, southern NV, southern UT, and southern CO
- Driver unload using gravity rollers
- No pallets and no lumper services
- 34‑hour reset scheduled each week
- Actual days home may vary depending on freight needs that week
- Late‑model Freightliner Cascadia and Western Star tractors
- Average fleet age approximately 18 months
- 72 raised roof sleeper cabs on newer Cascadias
- Pack Smart HVAC system providing extended heating and cooling
- Automatic transmissions
- APUs and inverters available on most trucks

- Valid Class A CDL (state match required)
- Current DOT medical card with at least 90 days remaining
- Age 21 or older (stricter rules under 23)
- Entry level drivers encouraged to apply with paid training available
- Clean MVR: maximum 2 violations in the last year or 3 in the last 3 years
- No major accidents within the past 5 years
- No DUI in a CMV and no more than two lifetime
- Must pass urine and hair drug screening
