We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Payroll / HR Personnel / Accounts Payable Clerk within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
This is a key administrative position responsible for supporting several important facility functions, including employee payroll and personnel records, accounts payable, and resident patient trust accounts
. We are seeking a dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

- Previous experience in payroll, accounts payable, bookkeeping, HR/personnel, or healthcare administration required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee, financial, and resident information appropriately
- Comfortable working with computer systems, spreadsheets, and administrative software
- Payroll or accounting software experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet established deadlines
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Process facility payroll accurately and within established deadlines
- Maintain employee personnel and payroll records
- Assist with new-hire paperwork, employee documentation, and other personnel-related processes
- Respond to employee payroll and personnel questions in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
- Provide administrative support to facility leadership and department managers as needed
- Receive, review, and initiate processing of invoices and accounts payable
- Verify appropriate documentation and approvals
- Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records
- Assist with resolving invoice or payment discrepancies as needed
- Maintain accurate resident patient trust account records
- Process and document resident trust account transactions
- Reconcile and balance patient trust accounts
- Maintain appropriate documentation to help ensure facility compliance with applicable requirements
- Protect the confidentiality and security of resident financial information
