What You'll DoVehicle Maintenance- Perform oil changes, fluid services, and preventative maintenance
- Rotate, balance, repair, and install tires
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, batteries, and wiper blades
- Conduct vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Complete multi-point inspections
- Identify maintenance and repair opportunities
- Communicate findings to service advisors and supervisors
- Help ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready
- Support experienced technicians with repair services
- Deliver quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Help create an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Properly use and care for tools and equipment
- Assist with maintaining shop efficiency and productivity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Previous automotive service or maintenance experience
- ASE certification or willingness to pursue certification
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools
- Customer service experience
