Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire with paid training – Walmart 731, Demopolis, AL. 2020 Companies is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our wireless sales team.

• Engage customers in the wireless services section of Walmart about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, accessories and service plans.
• Identify consumer needs and address objections to close sales.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Provide courteous welcome and solutions to all guests.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Document and report sales accurately and meet performance measurables (attendance, sales quotas, customer satisfaction).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation or kiosk.
• Submit all required paperwork correctly and on time.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Capacity to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Base pay plus uncapped commission; average weekly earnings $800–$1,000.
• Next‑day pay through Daily Pay.
