Mileage Pay Rate:
Flat $0.70 CPM across all driven miles

Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,400 gross per week

Candidate Prerequisites & Fleet Benefits

Experience Baseline:
Solo experienced drivers only (First Seat); requires 6+ months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12 months within the last 5 years (local tractor-trailer time fully counted). No trainees or teams accepted.

Licensing & Credentials:
Unexpired Class A Commercial Driver's License and active DOT Medical Certificate (no specialized endorsements needed).

Safety & Screening: MVR must reflect no severe preventable collisions over the last 5 years, with job tenure showing no more than 4 driving employers in the trailing 12 months. Mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug testing (Non-SAP compliant).
