- Data Management & Documentation: Provide data management services to ongoing AirC2 projects by administrating and updating status reports for contractual documentation . Manage Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents and deliverables, coordinate stakeholder review cycles, and execute official document releases .
- Correspondence & Workflow Administration: Handle, analyze, and process all incoming/outgoing project correspondence between AirC2 staff, NATO entities, Nations, and contractors according to guidelines .
- Online Platform & Website Administration: Administer AirC2 online collaborative platforms and SharePoint sites, including user access management and content structuring to ensure consistency . Provide guidance to staff on content organization .
- Physical & Classified Records Management: Support legacy project documentation storage (physical safes and physical files, including classified materials) and assist with NATO SECRET mailboxes .
Experience:
- Education & Experience: Higher vocational training with 2 years of post-related experience, or secondary education with 4 years of experience . At least 2 years in comparable duties involving project data administration and correspondence .
- Technical
Competencies:
Competency in creating and managing MS-SharePoint sites for collaboration and storage . Basic knowledge of Project and Data Management Tools . - Desirable: PRINCE2 Foundation;
SharePoint 2019 power user / content admin certification . - Clearance: A valid NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory .
