Lead Business Consultant

Sim Corp seeks a Business Consultant specializing in ABOR (accounting book of record) to play a key role in delivering high‑quality IT projects for global financial institutions.

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Sim Corp Dimension across asset‑management, fund‑accounting and accounting functions. Your partnership with clients ensures that they realize the full value of the platform.

• Lead the full project stream for ABOR implementations on Sim Corp Dimension.
• Act as a sparring partner to clients, continuously monitoring, coordinating and escalating issues.
• Facilitate workshops to capture and define client requirements, creating optimal solutions for the business.
• Build, deliver and test configuration work in Sim Corp Dimension, primarily in fund accounting and accounting modules.
• Advise on process improvements and document best practices for implementations.
• Share knowledge within the service line and promote best‑practice topics across projects.

• Degree in economics, mathematics, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 2years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in asset‑management, fund‑management, insurance or consulting.
• In‑depth knowledge of investment‑management business processes and experience modelling them in financial‑software solutions.
• Familiarity with implementations similar to Sim Corp Dimension.
• Excellent communication, consulting skills, commercial awareness and a focus on customer quality.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel.
