Een zorgorganisatie in Rijswijk zoekt een Zorgconsulent / Coördinator Thuisondersteuning. Je organiseert ondersteuning voor cliënten en zorgt voor coördinatie van huishoudelijke medewerkers. Vereist zijn HBO werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in de zorg. Je werkt vijf dagen per week op kantoor zonder hybride optie. Er wordt een bruto jaarsalaris tot €50.500 geboden, plus 7 weken verlof per jaar. Dit is een betekenisvolle rol met directe impact op het welzijn van cliënten.
