- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field ;
- 5+ years in business communication or cultural change management ;
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci , Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
- Developing and executing change management strategies to support transformation initiatives and organizational transitions ;
- Designing and delivering clear, consistent, and timely communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups ;
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to coordinate communication and change management activities .
