Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) zoekt een senior CIO-adviseur die de rol van Centraal IV Thema Manager (CTM) kan oppakken en doorloopt van IV-strategie naar IV-roadmap en jaarplannen. Je levert inhoudelijke vertaling van strategische thema's naar deelportfolio's en bewaakt de voortgang.
De kandidaat heeft minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met IV-strategie en roadmaps, minimaal 5 jaar SAFe/Agile portfoliomanagement en ruime ervaring in de publieke sector, met HBO-niveau opleiding.
