Ben jij sterk in structuur, houd je van complexe projecten en krijg je energie van het creëren van overzicht? Voor onze groeiende organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Consultant Project Planning die onze klanten helpt hun projecten voorspelbaar, beheersbaar en succesvol te maken.

Als Consultant Project Planning ben jij de sparringpartner voor project- en programmamanagers. Jij:

• Ontwikkelt en beheert gedetailleerde projectplanningen (bijv. in MS Project, Primavera of vergelijkbare tools)
• Analyseert afhankelijkheden, risico’s en kritieke paden binnen projecten en programma’s
• Adviseert over realistische doorlooptijden, resourceplanning en mijlpalen
• Stelt scenario-analyses op en geeft inzicht in impact van wijzigingen
• Rapporteert periodiek over voortgang, afwijkingen en benodigde bijsturing
• Faciliteert planningssessies en workshops met stakeholders
• Draagt bij aan het verbeteren van planning- en controlprocessen bij de klant

Je werkt aan projecten bij verschillende klanten (bijv. in industrie, energie, infrastructuur, IT of life sciences), vaak in multidisciplinaire teams.

• Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
  , bij voorkeur in een technische, bedrijfskundige of economische richting
• Bij voorkeur ervaring als projectplanner in de techniek of life sciences
• Ervaring met planningssoftware (bijv.
  MS Project, Primavera P6, Planisware of vergelijkbaar)
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en gevoel voor cijfers en structuren
• Communicatief sterk: je kunt complexe planningsvraagstukken helder uitleggen aan verschillende stakeholders
• Proactieve, kritische en oplossingsgerichte houding
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

• Een afwisselende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en impact bij toonaangevende klanten
