WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✨We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer ready to merge user experience, visual design, and strategic thinking into a single powerhouse role. You’ll be both a creative visionary and a product strategist, taking our digital products from initial concept to full launch while collaborating with cross-functional teams to make sure we’re always hitting the sweet spot between user desires and business goals.
WHATYOU’LL DO 🏄
You’ll lead the entire design process from early discovery and prototyping through final deployment, weaving in research and usability testing so our solutions meet real user needs and align with business objectives.
You’ll craft wireframes, user flows, and polished, high-fidelity designs, building a cohesive design system that keeps our products consistent.
You’ll partner with marketing to maintain and evolve our visual brand identity, making sure every design speaks our brand language.
You’ll map the full user experience, spotting ways we can improve touch points across both digital channels.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with developers to bring designs to life, effectively communicating your rationale and iterating based on feedback.
You have a Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or a related field, plus 3+ years’ experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
You show off a portfolio with user research, interaction design, visual design, and customer journey mapping.
You’re comfy with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and have a solid grasp of user-centered design and usability best practices.
You can articulate design decisions to tech and non-tech folks alike, thriving in agile environments.
If you’ve dabbled in front-end development, branding, product management, service design, or systems thinking, we’d love to hear about it.
We’ve got you covered with a solid compensation package
You’ll join a creative, forward-thinking team where your contributions can truly shape our products and brand.
You’ll play a key role in defining our company’s direction, and the future of user experience.
