Crossings Advisory is a boutique advisory in Strategy, M&A, Restructuring and Business Valuation. We are proud of our culture and benefits of a small team. We offer this internship opportunity for you to operate and grow alongside accomplished advisors and entrepreneurs.

Crossings Advisory offers tailored services for transactions such as:

• M&A advisory for private companies
• Business Valuations
• Fairness opinions
• Recovery Operations
• Business and Financial restructuring
• Capital Raising and Debt Advisory
• Advisory Board positions (often related to M&A)
• Executive Search and Interim Services (M&A and Investment Management)

The internship is on a full-time basis only, for a period of 3 up to 6 months, and can be started throughout the year.

You can expect a challenge, as we offer you the opportunity to immediately integrate in the activities of Crossings Advisory. You will participate in research, various analyses and day‑to‑day transaction executions at all levels of Corporate Finance and work in a broad spectrum of industries and types of financial operations. You will operate in a highly dynamic environment which will require flexibility.

To support your work you will be mentored by an experienced M&A advisor. All these items will highly contribute to a strong personal development in analytical expertise, commercial skills and actual transaction experience. The internship provides a unique opportunity to start a financial career in M&A.

Since you will immediately operate as a member of the team, we expect:

• Master student with high interest in Corporate Finance and M&A
• Problem analysis and judgment
• High ambition/ energy level
• Attention to detail (accuracy)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in business English and native proficiency in Dutch
• Hybrid working with a willingness to travel to The Hague
• Sense of humour!
