Senior Finance Leader as Lead Financial Controller at APM Terminals.

• Lead, develop, and inspire an international consolidation and financial controlling team.
• Own and continuously improve the group consolidation and financial close processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting under IFRS and APMM GAAP, including complex areas such as foreign exchange, leases, provisions, impairments, and business combinations.
• Act as primary liaison for external auditors, managing audit planning, execution, and remediation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial reporting risks while strengthening internal controls across entities.
• Sponsor and drive finance improvement and transformation initiatives at group level.
• Provide clear, decision‑useful financial insights to senior finance and business stakeholders.
• Drive consistent reporting standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Operate confidently in complex, deadline‑driven reporting environments with high expectations on quality and accuracy.

• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
