Cordaid is seeking an experienced Finance & Control Lead for the Shared Services Unit in The Hague. You will oversee governance enablement, financial stewardship, and reporting across Cordaid’s global operations, ensuring integrity and compliance while supporting an interdependent operating model.
You will lead a finance team, strengthen internal controls, and partner with GPS, EER, and regional cores to translate donor requirements into practical financial workflows.
