What will you do?

As a Business Controller, you don’t just deliver financial insights—you make them meaningful and actionable for the business. You’ll work in an international environment where no two days are the same, connecting with colleagues across the globe.

• Provide clear financial reporting and insights for our international data center projects (EMEA & APAC)
• Play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Collaborate closely with project controllers, business control team members, and international colleagues
• Act as a sparring partner and finance expert across the business
• Continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways of working while safeguarding quality
• Translate numbers into a structured, compelling story for stakeholders

You’ll join a team of five finance professionals in a fast-growing, international environment. The atmosphere is open, informal, and focused on achieving results together.

• Around 3–5 years of experience in business controlling
• Completed at least a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights
• Open, social, and a natural connector
• Able to stay organized and maintain overview under pressure
• Affinity with IT tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI
• Fluent in Dutch and English
