As an One Stream Consultant
, you’ll work with some of the most complex and well-known organizations in the Netherlands, helping them transform their financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes. You won’t just implement technology — you’ll help design smarter finance processes, advise stakeholders, and deliver solutions that genuinely make an impact.

You’ll use the One Stream platform to simplify and unify consolidation, planning, data quality, reporting, and dashboards. Beyond client work, you’ll have the freedom to develop in-house solutions and bring innovative ideas to market.

You will be joining a highly experienced One Stream team with a strong mix of financial experts and technical specialists
. The team has been at the forefront of One Stream implementations in the Benelux and works across a wide range of industries and organizations.

A completed financial, technical, or business degree (HBO or WO level)

2–5 years of experience working with One Stream

Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, management reporting, and/or ESG within One Stream

Programming experience (VB or C#) is a plus

You enjoy sharing knowledge and building strong professional relationships

You are client-focused, goal-oriented, and keep an eye on both results and process

You have an entrepreneurial mindset
, like to roll up your sleeves, and stay up to date with developments in Finance and IT.

Total compensation between €60,000 and €95,000
, including base salary, mobility budget, variable pay, and 8% holiday allowance
