Front Office Host

Your mission as Front Office Host is to be the first smile guests see and the memory they carry after they leave. You set the vibe the moment guests arrive, turning check-ins into warm conversations and creating an energetic, friendly lobby that is easy to navigate. You share local tips, spark connections between guests, and add those small touches that make a stay feel special.

Your presence shapes the heartbeat of the hotel and lifts the whole team.

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences
• Assist with bookings for activities, restaurants and other experiences
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly
• Represent The Social Hub by promoting outlets and identifying upsell opportunities

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home
• Ability to switch between tasks without losing your smile
• Proactive mindset and talent for turning small moments into memorable ones
• Comfort with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps
• Clear communication in English and Dutch
• Team player who stays cool and confident during busy peaks
