The Social Hub in the Netherlands is seeking a Front Office Host to greet guests with warmth, set the lobby vibe, and turn check-ins into friendly conversations. You’ll handle check-ins and payments, provide local tips, coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance, and promote outlets while spotting upsell opportunities.
You’ll welcome guests, maintain a tidy lobby, and help guests feel at home through excellent service and local recommendations.
