LEKZ in Den Haag zoekt een HR-Adviseur voor een warme zorgorganisatie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor HR-ondersteuning aan managers en medewerkers binnen de wijkzorg. Ervaring in de zorg is een pré.
Je biedt advies over verzuim en denkt mee in duurzame inzetbaarheid en recruitment, terwijl je ook de hechte cultuur van de organisatie ervaart.
Het salaris is gebaseerd op CAO VVT en kan oplopen tot maximaal € 5.962,34 obv 36 uur per week.
