Je bent betrokken bij het volledig proces van werving en selectie en speelt een sleutelrol in het vormen van een nieuw team vanuit de start.
Met minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring en een HBO-niveau ben je in staat kandidaten te herkennen, zowel op papier als in de praktijk. Rijbewijs B en auto zijn een vereiste.
