Algemene Rekenkamer zoekt een ervaren HR Adviseur. Je levert regie op reguliere P&O-werkzaamheden op strategisch en tactisch niveau, terwijl de organisatie in beweging is.
Je werkt 3–4 dagen per week, waarvan 2–3 dagen op kantoor in Den Haag, en adviseert directie en management bij arbeidsrechtelijke en personeelsvraagstukken. Daarnaast bewaak je CAO Rijk-kennis en juridische aspecten op HBO+ niveau.
