Respect zoekt een allround HR Adviseur voor 28 uur per week. Je maakt deel uit van het HR-team en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor diverse BU's en stafdiensten.
Je werkt aan duurzame inzetbaarheid, onboarding, leiderschap en employer branding, en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij doelstellingen. Daarnaast signaleer en implementeer je relevante wet- en regelgeving en CAO-wijzigingen, en ben je aanspreekpunt bij organisatorische veranderingen.
