Quintor zoekt een enthousiaste recruiter om ons recruitmentteam te versterken. Samen met 2 collega’s ga je IT-specialisten zoeken en benaderen, van studenten in hun laatste jaar tot ervaren developers die een stap willen maken.
Met jouw HR-kennis schat je de juiste vervolgstappen in. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Amersfoort, maar je bezoekt af en toe ook andere kantoren en hogescholen, en denkt mee over recruitment-events en conferenties.
