Oxfam Novib in The Hague seeks a Corporate Recruiter for a 7-month leave-cover contract. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with managers, source diverse talent and ensure compliant, inclusive hiring practices.
You’ll drive onboarding and candidate experience in a hybrid 50/50 office/remote setup. The role requires 4+ years’ recruitment experience, a relevant degree, fluency in Dutch/English, and the ability to operate across international contexts.
