INSO Sudan seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager-Sudan to lead and coordinate the HR function across the country programme. You will ensure timely and practical HR support, align with Sudanese law, and maintain compliant HR practices with HQ oversight.
Reporting to the Country Director, you will manage HR officers, develop capacity, and produce donor-ready reports while safeguarding staff welfare and safeguarding commitments in a challenging environment.
