Poké Perfect is a restaurant chain specialised in poke bowls. The years have flown by since we opened the first poke restaurant in the Netherlands and you can now find us in many cities.

What will you do:

An Assistant Manager, internally called the Assistant Poké Chief, has many responsibilities. These include tasks such as helping out on the floor, making the work schedule, recruiting new staff and training and maintaining a high level of staff work, monitoring stock, ordering products based on what has been sold and discussing with the Poké Chief (owner) on a weekly basis what can be improved.

Our ideal Assistant Poké Chief has managerial skills with a sharp business mindset. You are good at organising and solving problems. It is important that you are a real team builder who knows how to win people over, keep a good atmosphere within the team and ensure that high and fine service is provided to customers. Ultimately, the Assistant Poké Chief's job is to work with the Poké Chief to ensure that the shop is running effectively and efficiently and that we keep our customers' expectations high and happy.

The position is for 32 hours per week based on 3.5 e day on the floor and half a day in the office.
The monthly salary for Assistant Manager is €1800 gross per month.

Required skills:

• Excellent knowledge of all products sold by Poké Perfect, enabling the ability to explain and/or explain to both customers and staff the dishes and/or ingredients served (think allergens / yes/no vegan).
• Motivates the team, shows leadership and possesses social skills.
• Has financial skills and manages accordingly.
• Can delegate various tasks without losing overview.
• Has good communication and leadership skills.
• Is very service-oriented and Guest-oriented creating a pleasant atmosphere.
