KBenP zoekt een PMO Verandermanagement binnen de directie Opvang en Begeleiding om praktische ondersteuning te bieden en structuur te geven aan de inzet van een intern projectteam. U zorgt voor logistiek, verslaglegging en documentatie, zodat besluitvorming en voortgang inzichtelijk zijn.
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de manager Veranderopgave en het Quick Fix-team om integrale verandersystemen te ontwikkelen en veranderingen effectief te sturen.
