Volunteer coach

Four Life Foundation organizes cultural activities for the elderly (65+) who do not like to go out alone. They are picked up at home and brought home afterwards by a host or hostess of Vier het Leven and together with other guests they go to the cinema, a concert, a theater performance or a museum.

The Vier het Leven Foundation organizes film, theater, museum and concert visits for the elderly who are usually y are guided from door to door and enjoy an arrangement where everything is arranged to go out carefree. Guidance, transport, entrance and refreshments are all included. The program is tailored to individual needs, fostering personal connection and enjoyment for all participants.

As a Coach you bring your positive vibe with you to help others get the best out of themselves. You give the supervised volunteers the attention they need to do their work. In a natural way and in the team spirit, you provide constructive feedback that helps make the trip a success!

In addition, it would be nice if you conduct the intake interviews, so that you also have a good idea of the total volunteer team.

And of course you can think of nice surprises and pleasant evenings for the volunteers to appreciate them!
