MAD Movement in The Hague is looking for a volunteer job coach to assist refugees in finding suitable work opportunities. You'll guide and support them during their transition, helping them with internships, jobs, and education.
Key qualifications include fluency in Dutch and English, preferably with knowledge of Arabic. The role also demands a strong affinity with refugee issues, a team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach. Training will be provided by the Rumi Foundation.
