As we continue expanding on the French market, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Manager France to support our commercial growth and help establish Voltiris’ long‑term presence in France.

Your mission

As Sales Manager France, you will be responsible for supporting and accelerating Voltiris’ commercial development in the French market while working closely with our international team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying, prospecting, and developing new customers and partners in the French greenhouse and agricultural market
  • Managing and developing commercial opportunities across France
  • Leading the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and follow‑up
  • Understanding customer needs and proposing high‑value technical solutions adapted to each project
  • Building and maintaining strong long‑term customer relationships
  • Supporting market analysis and strategic business development initiatives
  • Representing Voltiris at trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits
  • Collaborating closely with technical, project, and marketing teams
  • Supporting the future development of Voltiris’ commercial presence and operations in France

Profile we are looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of technical solutions in renewable energy, agriculture, greenhouse technology, or related sectors
  • University degree or equivalent required
  • Strong interest in sustainability, innovation, energy transition, and agriculture
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving and international environment
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across France (around 50 % of the time)
  • Driving license required
