Senior Sales Executive - Ocean Freight

A leading global logistics organisation is currently seeking a  Senior Sales Executive  to join its commercial team in  Rotterdam , focusing on  Sea Freight .

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving commercial growth within a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities within sea freight

Manage and develop a pipeline of prospects and customers

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

Work closely with internal teams to deliver commercial growth

Maintain a high level of market awareness and commercial activity

Requirements

Proven sales experience within sea freight / ocean freight

Strong track record in new business development

Experience working in freight forwarding or logistics

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated, resilient, and commercially focused

Based in, or able to commute to Rotterdam
