We have an exciting opportunity to join Olympus as a  Territory Manager , representing our Surgical Energy & Devices portfolio. In this impactful and highly visible field sales role, you will promote our innovative product solutions that support clinical experts to diagnose, detect and treat a variety of diseases and medical conditions.

You will target and identify new business opportunities whilst proactively account managing and supporting our existing and expansive customer base, collaborating with all key internal and external stakeholders as required.

Your responsibilities

Generating sales leads

Managing your sales pipeline and planning using our in-house CRM

Demonstrating equipment across your portfolio, showcasing your robust product knowledge & selling skills (which we will help you to develop)

Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings

Deliver training and offer sales support to customers

Work alongside sales colleagues from other business units, to promote the Olympus brand and products

Existing experience in a similar role or healthcare background

Strong communication skills, in both Dutch & English (essential)

This role will manage a territory that spans the south-west of the Netherlands, including Zeeland, Zuid-Holland, and some of of Noord-Brabant. Your daily duties includes visiting customers, demonstrating equipment, attending events and therefore requires significant travel – so you must have a full and valid driving licence, and live in a suitable location to manage the geography.
