SIGRA in Den Helder is op zoek naar een Wijkmanager die verantwoordelijk is voor het verbinden van zorg en welzijn in de wijk. Je leidt teams, stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt voor een balans tussen kwaliteit en bedrijfsvoering.
De ideale kandidaat heeft HBO-niveau en minimaal drie jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen de zorg. Het bieden van persoonsgerichte zorg en innovatie staat centraal in deze rol, naast een contract voor 32 tot 36 uur per week.
