Overview
Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. They maintain a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. Because Lot Associates are often the first and last to interact with customers, customer service plays a vital role. Direct customer interaction is frequently required and excellent customer service skills are required.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with loading their vehicles and monitor/maintain the store entrance.
- Maintain a sufficient quantity of shopping carts near the entrance.
- Interact with customers and Home Depot associates; provide high-quality customer service as the first/last point of contact.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to interact with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
