Sun Ridge Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Multifamily to maintain the physical integrity of our apartment communities. This on-site role performs routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative services to keep residents safe and comfortable.
You will work closely with the Property Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician, participate in on-call rotation, and help prepare vacant units for new residents while meeting market-ready standards.
