Concrete/Asphalt/Dirt Laborers - $35/hr - Denison, IA
ECI is seeking Concrete/Asphalt/Dirt Laborers to join their team in Denison, Iowa. This role involves hands-on work with concrete, asphalt, and dirt, supporting underground utility projects across central and western Iowa. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and willing to travel for work during the construction season.

- Previous experience in concrete, asphalt, and black dirt/seed work
- Experience forming and pouring city sidewalks, ADA ramps, curb and gutter
- Ability to work in changing weather conditions
- Flexibility for varying schedules and late hours
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight during construction season
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods and maneuver in small areas
- Federal Med/Health Card
- Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and strong work ethic
- Ability to use hand tools, load/unload equipment, and maintain a clean worksite
- Follow safe practices and procedures
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections
