Project Analyst

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Support clients via phone and/or by email as directed to resolve issues and/or identify other PCS products and services to market.
• Participate as directed in the implementation of Business Services applications at the client site or remotely from the PCS office.
• Contribute as directed in the application development process (e.g., testing and documenting).
• Develop an understanding of applications used while assisting with Business Services applications, basic training and support needs for clients.

This position requires a 2- or 4-year accounting degree with demonstrated experience in accounting principles and practices preferred.

• Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and mouse, typewriter, 10-key adding machine, or other office equipment.
• Visual acuity to read words and numbers from paper and computer screen.
• Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person and over the phone.
• Ability to transport self, personal luggage and laptop computer when traveling.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on computers.
