Maintenance Supervisor (Denison, IA)
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians across 2nd shift operations.
- Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and production equipment issues.
- Support TPM, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, food manufacturing, and plant operational standards.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs including downtime, OEE, and equipment performance metrics.
- Utilize CMMS systems for work orders, scheduling, reporting, and maintenance tracking.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Production, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Assist with budgeting, maintenance planning, and capital improvement projects.
- Support emergency maintenance needs, including occasional extended hours or weekends as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial maintenance systems.
- Experience with in food manufacturing or highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and reliability programs.
- Experience using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA and plant safety regulations required.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
