What Makes This Opportunity Different?

We are very close to being agency free and are looking for the right nurse to join our team long-term and help us continue building consistency and strong resident care within our community.
What You’ll DoAs an LPN/RN, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and attention overnight.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct nursing care and medication administration
Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes
Supporting CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift
Ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for Collaborating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For Active LPN or RN license in the state of IowaCPR Certification Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude
Strong communication and leadership skills
Someone who wants to make a difference and be part of a positive culture

Education & Experience Requirements :
Education:
Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required;
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
Licensure &
Certifications:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
CPR and First Aid certification (or must be obtained upon hire).Additional certifications (e.g., wound care, IV therapy) may be required or preferred depending on specific duties.
Experience:
Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care settings.
Experience in supervisory roles and leadership is a plus.
