What You'll Be Doing- Provide in-home support and teach practical skills to strengthen families.
- Connect families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
- Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
- Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
- Develop service plans, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Iowa Requirements: Must have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education and at least two years of experience working with children and families.
- Rural Iowa Exception: May qualify with four years of combined education and/or relevant experience working with children and families.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Certification as a Parenting Instructor
- Facilitation of family decision-making meetings

Starting Pay: $20.50-$23.50/hr full-Time or Part-Time:
Full-Time. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call hours.
