Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career or recently out of accounting school who enjoys working with numbers and assisting with payroll and HR‑related duties.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM
- Process accounts payable, including invoice matching and vendor payments
- Enter and process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain employee records and payroll documentation
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, orientations, and drug testing coordination
