We are seeking a Child Care Eligibility Specialist for our Denison or Bonham location. The role requires dependable, team-oriented candidates with strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Case manage recipients of the Child Care Program.
• Determine eligibility for the Child Care Program.
• Initialize and terminate Child Care following established policies and procedures.
• Perform data entry and contact recipients to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Compare data entered with source documents to detect errors; review error reports and enter corrections into the computer.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work with office machines (copiers, faxes, scanners).
• Accurate and timely data entry skills to complex databases.
• Ability to utilize Internet searches and access web resources.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
