• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage electrical projects – ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet required standards.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical specifications related to electrical systems and projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment; assist with budgeting.
• Ensure that electrical systems and components comply with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop new electrical products, components, and systems by studying customer requirements and industry trends.
• Use CAD software to create detailed schematics, technical drawings, and specifications for electrical systems and components.
• Integrate electrical components with software and other hardware systems.
• Design electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, electronic circuits, and communication networks.
